They're the first gay couple married in San Francisco this week. They're Phyllis and Del, they've been togther for 51 years, and they're so durn adorable.

Sorry, it's so damn romantic. So there's my contribution to Valentine's Day. A picture of two people in love getting married. *happy girly sighs*

Nifty. I read about them, but there was no picture included, thanks for posting. :-) And yeah, this is, to me, a lot more representative of Valentine's Day than diamond heart-shaped lockets. (snort)

(And hell, any couple whose made it 50+ years, formally married or not, should get all the press that feat deserves. My parents made it to 51 before my mother died.)
