apocalypsosHow adorable is Cat Deeley? I seriously need a GIF of her bouncing around the stage, because that was BEYOND cute.
The Simpsons shout-outs are obnoxious, for the record.
For the record, most of the reason I liked Jakob and Ashleigh last night was simply because they danced to "Relax".
If it comes down to Pauline/Peter, Ellenore/Ryan, and Nathan/Mollee, I won't be even a little bit surprised.
Peter hits my lovable-douchebag kink so hard. I mean, he teaches special-needs people dance! But ... but he's skeevy! He's kind of a creep, really, and yet there's still something vaguely appealing about him.
I do love how Cat says Pauline and Peter's names. It's so lovable.

I kind of love Nigel right now. OMG NIGEL. It sounds so mean, but it's TRUE.
*sigh* Well, I guess Pauline and Peter are going home, because Karen and Kevin had a better routine last night and the judges seem to like Ellenore and Ryan more.
HOLY SHIT, NIGEL. Has he been reading forums on the internet?! He's giving them a HUGE kick in the collective butt.
I miss Ade now that Nigel's spent the past five minutes giving him a verbal tongue bath.

OH GOOD LORD. I think I have to change my Yuletide submission, because I just talked myself into wanting a story in which Puck, Quinn and Rachel enter into a polyamorous relationship and raise the baby together.

As obnoxious as next week looks (idk, maybe it'll be good?) I really won't end up caring because this is seriously the ONLY show I watch anymore. I've cut everything else out but this show has staaaaayed. Hopefully Fox doesn't axe it, too.

Date: 2009-11-12 09:46 am (UTC)Quinn wore the hell out of the Bitch Hat this week, didn't she? I guess in an episode where Sue is human and Terri does not appear, someone had to. Though in her defense, Finn may be sweet but the boy is dumb as a sack of hammers.
I actually liked Kurt's version better, until he threw the note. I really, really hope we get an un-thrown recording of it sometime, because I *love* his voice, and we so rarely get to hear it.
As for Puck, goddamn, the boy has chemistry with everything and everyone. Seriously, he is going to flirt his way through every single character on this show and then move on to the scenery. I fully expect him to sing "Sexy Back" to a potted plant AND MAKE US LOVE IT before the end of the season, at this rate.
My secret, shameful crush on Sue has now gotten worse. She's just so PRETTY when she smiles and isn't being evil.
Oh, Tina. I actually squealed out loud and clapped when they kissed! And then oh, oh. No. Poor Artie. And poor Tina, missin' out on Artie. Artie is awesome. I kind of really hope they get past this and get together (it'd be nice if there was one stable, sane, or remotely healthy relationship anywhere on this show).
So, to sum up: Puck being adorable, Kurt and his dad being AWESOME, Artie being AWESOME, Kurt, Artie, and Mercedes getting to sing, and no Terri. Clearly, the writers created this episode JUST FOR ME.
