I should say something amusing, I guess, so here's something: In the realm of "funny names I heard at work" the best so far is Harry Sacks III. Not simply because it's real, because they made it to a third one without anybody seeming to recall just what a nightmare their childhood must have been.

Oh boy. Names like that always make me wonder what the hell the parents were thinking. My mom used to work for a magazine company and used to write down all the hilarious names she saw. Her favorites were Cornelia Mooseburger and (like poor Harry Sacks III) Royal Jester III. Poor, poor children.

People seem to defy logic like that.

Along the same vein, I came across a "Stewart", "Riker", and a "McCoy" within an hour of each other a week ago.

I've also come across people named "Arwen" and "Tannis". Some fans just don't know when to stop.
