About a month or so ago, I was going through my old dress pants to see which pairs fit and which didn't. I tried on a pair of black plaid dress pants I used to wear all the time with the intention of wearing them to work that day, and ended up changing out of them after fifteen minutes because the waistband was so tight it was literally causing me pain.

I wore those pants to work today, and they fit just fine. It made it a lot easier to stick to my diet at Panera tonight and not feel the least bit bad about it. :D
