... am I the only one kinda casually voting in the Fandom Steel Cage Match for whomever strikes my fancy more, black or white or guy or girl or good or evil or whatever, as opposed to voting for A Cause*, whatever that cause may be?

Not that I'm complaining, mind you. You'll notice I'm also not stumping for anyone, either, but then again I've got an apartment I still have to finish cleaning and three novels that need working on, so that sorta takes priority over the internet poll.**

* A Cause, so far, seeming to include anything from Anybody But Dean to Vote For Boobs to I Only Vote For People Who Can Physically Kick More Ass.

** I'm also wearing a pair of size ten jeans right now instead of my size twelves. That's WAY more important than the internet poll.

I am too. Whoever I like better wins, simple as that. Although all of those Causes are/will be fairly represented too. It doesn't matter to me, it's just a popularity contest anyways.

I was voting casually, until the active "Dean Must Not Win" thing started (including the Go Ovaries Brigade, etc.). Now I will vote Dean until my fingers fall off, because that irritated me. Do not irritate me when I am PMSing.

I'd be a lot more likely to vote for somebody who's up against Dean if it were somebody I'd actually watched. I didn't watch SG-1, and the bits I saw of Sam didn't make me like her much, but Scully vs. Dean is hard. I honestly can't remember which one I voted for, because I didn't watch much of X-Files but that's Dana fucking Scully.

Aw, and this is what I get for being offline most of the weekend and missing the first round of voting. (Ah, well, I wasn't a huge Sam fan anyway. Kind of liked her on SGA, but her characterization on SG-1 did frequently default to "token girl on the team.")

idk, my favorite characters are usually girls anyway so I feel no conflict. When I do like a dude better, I vote for him.

Yeah I was voting casually for whoever I liked better in general. And then all the anti-Dean people started campaigning hard and I was kinda peeved with it. Almost makes me want to vote against whoever they are trying to push (aside from the person against Dean). Almost. I'm trying not to let it ruin the fun though.

Right now Dean is losing so I guess they'll get what they want. :-P

That was tough Scully/Dean but I still went with Dean. Barney/Sheldon was tough, too. Hehe.
