Remember the 8GB MP3 player I lost? And how I looked all over the place in my apartment and couldn't find it anywhere?

I just dropped a hair clip into the little pocket under the armrest where the seat cushion sits, and when I reached my hand in to dig it out, I found the 8GB MP3 player.

Heh. I'd probably be giddier if I hadn't just bought that 16GB one off eBay. (Of course, I may still be giddy, if the 16Gb turns out to be a pile of crap. We'll see.)

*snort* I did that, with a cell phone. I looked everywhere and finally bought another one... only to discover that the old phone had slipped down in the crack of the driver's seat in my car and I'd been sitting on it all along. *facepalm*

Snort, there's another argument in favor of keeping the ol' cd & tape boombox that I hadn't thought of. Thing weighs five pounds and is about the size of one of the dogs. Can't lose it.
