apocalypsosI stopped up my parents' house to drop up a box of Pepsi cans I bought for my brother for letting me borrow his car and to get cat litter. When I came out to the car to get the litter, my mom had just arrived in her car.
Me: *says nothing, takes the litter, starts walking away*
Mom: "Hello."
Me: *after a long pause, halfway to my car* "Hello." *pause* "Oh, sorry, I must have just said that for the attention." *gets in and drives off*
Sulky five-year-old me = +1
Responsible adult me = -400
