I don't know which is worse ...
Jul. 6th, 2010 09:55 pm... that two of the movies I'm most tempted to see are Charlie St. Cloud (in spite of glaring use of Zac Efron, and I'm also a bit embarrassed that I feel like I'm supposed to not like him as much as I do) and The Sorcerer's Apprentice (Nicolas Cage is doing MAGIC! Two cheesy tastes ... er, will probably make the theater reek of Velveeta, now that I think about it. Anyway.).
Also, is The Jensen Project X-Men Lite? Because it FEELS like it is. Or maybe it's what happens when Generation X and Eureka make a baby TV movie. Doesn't stop me from wanting to see it, and damn them for putting "Jensen" in the name when there is no Jensen. That's MEAN.
Ahem. GUESS WHO'S GOING TO WASHINGTON ON LABOR DAY WEEKEND. \o/ My cubicle-mate the eternal pessimist was all, "You are nuts for going to DC on Labor Day weekend." DON'T CARE. LEAVING THE STATE. HITTING THE MUSEUMS, WHAT WHAT. *flails* I took all of the overtime available for this weekend because I want to pay for the hotel room ASAP to get that out of the way -- I want to get the Nats tickets ASAP, too, but the room comes first -- but it's going to be me and my brother and the city and the museums and we are going to have so much fun or die trying. :D
In other news, I may never write again. ARGH.
EDIT: Oh, my God, NBC, stop taunting me with Undercovers if you're not going to GIVE it to me until the fall! SHEESH.

Date: 2010-07-07 05:18 am (UTC)dc on holidays
Date: 2010-07-07 02:18 pm (UTC)of course, driving in dc at any time sucks. the public transpo system has a great website where you can plan your trips, your stops etc and it will tell you when to change trains and total anticipated expense.
