7 Basic Things You Won't Believe You're All Doing Wrong

I got to the section on sleeping and grinned like a loon, because three to five hours of sleeping/an hour of peaceful wakefulness/three to five more hours of sleep EXACTLY describes nearly every night of sleep I have. I inevitably wake up at about three or four in the morning and lie around a bit before falling back to sleep. I used to keep my laptop on or near my bed so that I'd have something to do during that lazy sleepy time, but now I just keep my cell phone handy anyway for the alarm clock and when I wake up I either read one of my Kindle books or play Bubble Blast Halloween or Stupid Zombies.

Those are usually the nights when I wake up feeling the best. Sleeping for seven or eight hours straight usually just makes me want to sleep even longer.

It's good to know I'm at least doing one thing right. :)
