Apr. 20th, 2004 09:33 amWant real pain? How about the trailer for the Olsen twins movie? Eugene Levy, run away! Hell, I don't even like Jack Osbourne and I want to help him escape.
The Manchurian Candidate remake: Like Meryl Streep isn't creepy enough already.
Napoleon Dynamite: Aw, he's such a geek, he's cute! Admittedly in a I-can't-have-a-puppy-so-I-might-as-well-have-a-pet-nerd kind of way.
Bobby Jones-Stroke of Genius: The sad thing is, as much as I would like to be using those brain cells for other things, I know this guy's whole life story. Sheesh.
It looks like an ordinary old-fashioned cookie tin, but the hidden drawing of two dogs having sex in the grass makes it an instant collectors' item. But ... but ... but the picture's all blurry! How can I see ... yeah, it's dogs having sex, but that's funny, damn it. *grumblegrumble*
A Florida teen charged with hiring an undercover policeman to shoot and kill his mother instructed the purported hitman not to damage the family television during the attack, police said. You know what my first thought was when I read this? If he'd succeeded and the insurance paid off, he could get a much nicer TV. Yes, I'm sick. Pity me.
Be good and you will inherit the kingdom of heavens, said Jesus. Vote yes in Cyprus's crucial referendum on April 24 and you will go to hell - or so says a Greek Cypriot bishop. Does it count if, as a legally ordained minister over the Internet, I tell everybody that you'll go to hell if you vote for Bush? Please?
Cobain Movie to rock WB: Okay, I'm pretty sure that the last network on TV that should be making a Kurt Cobain bio should be the WB. Hell, I'd have more faith in PAX or the Oxygen Network. Jesus, I'd watch the Weather Channel version first.

Date: 2004-04-20 07:08 am (UTC)At least it's not UPN. "The Kurt Cobain story, starring DL Hughley as Kurt Cobain, and Wanda Sykes as Courtney Love!"
UPN - because we just can't employ white folks.

Date: 2004-04-20 01:29 pm (UTC)I think I can actually see the damned dogs, after ten minutes of looking. Is that them in the lower right?
Can't find the lovers for the life of me. Anybody else have luck?

Date: 2004-04-20 02:20 pm (UTC)I've been jealous of them forever. Not only did they *steal* my birthday (and I also have a fraternal twin sis - we are two years older), they are snotty, gorgeous bazillionaires.
Grr. There aren't tons of boys drooling over the fact that I turn 20 in less than two months, no, they're all drooling that the Olsens turn 18.
How much you wanna bet they'll be on the Maxim cover by October?
