So what exactly does one do with one of these pairings? Just write some fanfic? Any rating? I'm foggy on the details of this game.

Basically, you call dibs on a pairing, and write a romantic fanfic about them. They don't have to have sex (for example, my Jake Foley/Rogue story), but that's not saying they can't ('cause when I wrote Sarah Conner/Joe Dawson, they so totally had sex all over the place).

Yes, I pimped my own fics. Do I care? Nope. :)

[*looks guilty* I still haven't written Jaye/Lucius Malfoy or Leo/Inigo Montoya from two rounds back. But that's because my muse took a one-way trip to the Yankee Candle Shop and hasn't come home in quite a while. I think I saw her there when I went shopping tonight, but I'm not sure. Gah!]

Jaye Tyler, of a lovely, short-lived Fox show called 'Wonderfalls'. She had a talent for snark and an ability to deal with strange shit being thrown at her that would have made her reactions to Lucius priceless.

I think it was only good karma accumulated from fifteen past lives spent in a nunnery that saved me from recognizing more than ten percent of the characters on that list. Otherwise... I don't know. My brain would probably have long been reduced to a million sticky bits on the wall behind me.

actually I can see this but as nothing romantic. instead of the / I see a vs. I see no difference between Aragorn fighting Sauron to save middle earth as to what needs to be done to save the world. Of course this lead to lots of sex for Aragorn from all the grateful people of the world.
