Argh. "Horrible" doesn't even begin to describe my workday. I was this close to informing my data entry supervisor that when I'm the only one typing and I want to get out of there by 8:30, the correct response to me saying, "Oh, those better not be more airbills you're giving me," is not him saying "You better believe it!" in an annoyingly cheery voice. I'm pretty sure that I was typing at roughly the speed of sound. I would have complained that my fingertips were starting to hurt and I kinda needed to use them later, but what was I supposed to say, "Excuse me, but I really need these hands for writing porn later"?

So, yeah. Anyway. Went and cleaned out my car today finally, which means that Paco the Corsican Pimp is ready for towing, and good riddance. (For anybody out of the loop, Paco the Corsican Pimp is my car's official name -- Paco was what my brother named it, "Corsican" because it's, well, a Corsica, and "Pimp" because he likes to fuck with me and take all my money.)

And then there's Mother's Day. I figured I'd combine my Mother's Day gift with what I was going to get my mom for graduating college, so I'm probably going to go for one big gift and buy her the really nice portable DVD player that's on sale at the mall. (Eeee ... me wantssss the precioussss, but me already hassss a precioussss ... nutssss ...) And as a bonus, I'm probably going to get her theme DVD's to go with it. I'm thinking "Terms of Endearment" for Mother's Day and "Animal House" for graduation.

Also, the hell in "Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey"? Fucking creepy, man. I'm just sayin'.

Is it just me that thinks Gollum is Welsh? Yes? Well, I'll go sit in the corner then. I think it's probably come from a traumatic memory of my brother's slightly Welsh friend playing the part of Gollum in a play. Slightly Welsh in that his mum is Welsh.

My aunt worked in the pre/post-production industry at the time, she says the original title of that movie was "Bill And Ted Go To Hell." This has always amused me.

Of course not, silly. But I just got both movies on DVD and have been reliving my adoration of all things Bill and Ted.

Dude, those two movies come right after the Terminator trilogy as my favorite movie series.
