Tell me about it. My parents bought their house twenty years ago as a fixer-upper for $11,000 in that itty bitty PA town, and now it's worth a little over a hundred thou. (Granted, they saved money on labor fixing it up because my dad's a contractor, but pick that entire house up and plunk it down in NOVA and it'd be worth at least half a million.)
