How do you get these caps so fast and icon-ize them?

I use a program called Quick Screen Capture I got off Download.com that works like a charm. As for the captions, I work v e r y s l o w l y using Paint.

Hmmm, couldn't find that one, just Screen Print Gold 3.5 - I'm just looking for something that lets me take screencaps from my DVDs...
