Nope, I wouldn't. I figure it's one of either two things -- either it's the truth (amusing, but unlikely), or he's got a small one and this is how they're covering it up (which I've heard might be closer to the truth).

Then again, they might not have even put a scene like that in the movie, but it's funnier to think of Colin with a cock so large it disrupted the plot of a freakin' movie. 1) Depending entirely on the woman and how "big" she is, if you get my drift.
2) For some women, yes. For some, no. Again, it depends on the woman. Some women don't get off on vaginal stimulation, so a male having a larger penis would definitely not be beneficial to them.
3) Yes.
4) Some women like the sensation of being filled. There are nerve endings near the cervix, so when those are stimulated, they can produce a pleasurable feeling. Other women really like being able to accomodate larger penises (penii?) even if it hurts slightly. Others like the sight of large penii and think that they're beautiful. Each woman's mileage varies.

Note: Same as there's such a thing as being "too small", there's such a thing as being "too big".
