I'd just like to say that if anything makes me feel better, it's reading that I'm not the only one who's waited until the last minute to finish their xmmficathon story due to terminal writer's block.

EDIT: I'd also like to add that right now, I have anime hair. Well, it's better than a temporary case of anime eyes, I suppose.

SECOND COUSIN, TWICE REMOVED OF EDIT: Well, I just killed the last of the exposures in my disposable digital camera taking pictures of myself and stuff in my room just so that I could finish it off. I bought it to take pictures of Bryan's graduation and took maybe five pictures. So if they don't turn out to be utter shit, as most photos of me tend to turn out, I might actually post them. (But don't hold your breath. I'm not unfortunate-looking, but try telling cameras that. Urgh.)

err..i might be guilty of putting off the xmmficathon story..maybe. i might be almost done too..god, i hope im almost done. otherwise i might beat my computer to death. writers block SUCKS. *sulks away to glare at Word*

Well, at least I've started, which is further than I thought I'd be by now. Of course, I sincerely hope the person I'm writing the story for can handle a bit of silliness. (Or, you know, a lot. It is me, after all.)

I'm just hoping I can get a big chunk of the dialogue done tonight. If I can get that much done, I can write the action around it while I'm at work. *knocks on wood*

It would probably help if it hadn't turned out to be so bloody long, though. *grumblegrumble*

i loathe writing dialogue. i always feel like its out of character, or uses too many adverbs ('she quickly said'). thats what im avoiding too! rogue and bobby have to chat. and i would really rather stab myself with a spork.

I'm usually better with dialogue, or at least, if I write all out first, then I know who's doing what and who's saying what and I can always just fill in the action stuff later.

If I'd used one of a dozen other shorter story ideas, I probably wouldn't be having this much trouble finishing. But this one works in my head and is definitely leaning towards comedy, which I'm better at, anyway.

Uh-huh, I found 'em at CVS. Basically, it's just a disposable with a free CD of your photos when you get them developed, though. I really need to invest in a real digital camera one of these days.
