Which of my current icons:
1. is your most fave and why?
2. is your least fave and why?
3. have you always wanted context for?
4. have you never noticed I even HAD before?
EDIT: Also, it's incredibly unfair that "I Love the 70s" and "I Love the 80s" aren't on DVD yet. (They're not, are they? 'Cause if they were and I didn't know, that'd be equally unfair.)

Date: 2004-07-06 07:53 pm (UTC)It's from "School of Rock". The kid in the icon says it to Jack Black, and it's hysterical.

Date: 2004-07-06 07:55 pm (UTC)2. I don't really have a least favorite. All of your icons are fun.
3. "Grandma rode a Harley." It's funny--I'm just curious as to where it came from.
4. "I don't hate you... I just violently dislike you." Not sure why, I just never noticed it. Huh.

Date: 2004-07-06 07:58 pm (UTC)It's from "The Triplets of Belleville". It was the first thing that popped into my head, even though it was a very tiny old lady riding a tricycle. Of course, it made sense later on when it turned out she was a tough old broad. :)

Date: 2004-07-06 07:55 pm (UTC)2 - another that's hard to choose. It's a dead tie between the troll doll and the bunny suit. I've always deeply hated troll dolls. And the bunny suit scares me.
3 - I'm an evil genius. No really, I am. But that also happens to be the icon I'd like to know about.
4 - 'complete'

Date: 2004-07-06 08:01 pm (UTC)I blame Buffy, 'cause I had that bit stuck in my head from whichever first-season episode it was where she mentioned she should wear a button saying, "I'm a slayer - ask me how!" at the same time I was watching "Firefly". Specifically, the one where they flash back to how she first got the job on Serenity and she knew more about the engine than the guy they already had.
Hee. My brain works funny.

Date: 2004-07-06 08:02 pm (UTC)2. None, really
3. Witch Princess… its just always made me go *blink* ;)
4. I've seen them all, but once in a while I'll have to do a double take and go "was that there last time I looked?"… but I may just be absent-minded :P

Date: 2004-07-06 08:02 pm (UTC)2. The Boomstick one. Just 'cause I don't like Movieverse Hermione very much.
3. The 'I killed Hildi' one. I don't get it.
4. The 'Sort of me' one.
no subject
Date: 2004-07-06 08:08 pm (UTC)It's a home-improvement show thing. Hildi is the skanky, belligerent chick on "Trading Spaces" who's ruined more rooms than she's improved, all in the nam of being "classy."
The guy in the icon is Steve from "Monster House". You know how on other home improvement shows, they try to be polite and clean and make your room look elegant or simple or whatever? Yeah, the first thing Steve and his teams usually do when they show up at your house is break important stuff, like walls and doors. Steve is awesome like that.
Every time I watch "Trading Spaces" and Hildi's ruining another room, I like to imagine Steve shows up and drags her away, never to be seen again. It gives me a happy. :)

hildi... Huh?
and after you spammed me in the 1000 comments (which I still need a few hundred of, I have now seen them all.

Date: 2004-07-06 08:57 pm (UTC)2. "And this is wrong?" Love the sentiment, but couldn't you have found hot lesbians? ;) (I'm shameless.)
3. I understand most of them, but who's the kid with the cat, and who are the people in "complete?"
4. Actually, there are a lot in there that I hadn't seen before.
no subject
Date: 2004-07-06 09:01 pm (UTC)2. Hrm. Well, I don't really get the 'I killed Hildi and laughed' one, because I don't know what fandom it's from.
3. The one with the old-fashioned lady in the hat.
4. The self-portrait one.
no subject
Date: 2004-07-06 09:30 pm (UTC)2. Dorky Costume. Three guesses why. First two don't count.

Date: 2004-07-06 11:01 pm (UTC)2. THe pornpornporn one. It just doesn't have the snap of all your other icons. It's like wallpaper. Blah.
3. What's up with the fuck you I'm a witch princess? What is that from? WHo is that guy? Why is that remotely amusing or interesting?
4. I've never noticed your JJJ one, but I have a seaking suspicion it's pretty new.
no subject
Date: 2004-07-07 12:06 am (UTC)2. Probably the Hildi one, just cause even though you've just explained it it's not people I've ever come across before.
3. The 'you suck and that's pretty funny actually' one.
4. Many of them, actually. Notably the CPR/straddling one

Date: 2004-07-07 03:14 am (UTC)Not only amusing and inspiring, but also sexy as hell. *g*
2. is your least fave and why?
Just the thought of that stupid ass movie results in much gnashing of teeth and rending of garments... and I only have so many garments.
3. have you always wanted context for?
I have... absolutely no idea what's going on here.
4. have you never noticed I even HAD before?

Date: 2004-07-07 05:28 am (UTC)2. I think the Halle/Catwoman one is my least favorite.
3. I would love to know what the one called "george" is about. I don't recognize the actress at all.
4. I don't think I've ever seen you use Connor/Dawn before.
no subject
Date: 2004-07-07 06:10 am (UTC)I'm not wild about the Catwoman one (it hurts my brain, it does) and the "Definitely cuter than you" with the scary little pigtailed girl, but the "Let's get pissed and watch porn" is hilarious.
I want to know what the story is behind "I'm the brains of this operation," and the hand with "whatever" on it.
And I had no idea you had a Squirt icon. SO CUTE!
no subject
Date: 2004-07-07 06:14 am (UTC)Those are both from the "Series of Unfortunate Events" trailer. I haven't read the books, but I know enough to know "I'm the brains of this operation" kinda fits Violet. Besides, I wanted an "I'm the brains ..." icon, I just wanted to find someone who fit.
And as for the "Whatever" icon, that's when the kids show up at Count Olaf's house, and he has their names written on his hands. But instead of having Sunny's name written on his hand, it has "Whatever!" written there. I couldn't resist. :)
I don't know what the hell it says about me that I have three icons from a movie made from a series of books I have yet to buy and read, but love in theory.

Date: 2004-07-07 10:13 am (UTC)2. is your least fave and why? None of them jumps out as my least favorite... There are a lot of them I don't get, so those would be ones I don't prefer.
3. have you always wanted context for? Many, but the one I will choose today... Elastigirl "What the hell's up with this yutz?"
4. have you never noticed I even HAD before? The one with the woman and the man that says "complete."
no subject
Date: 2004-07-07 12:05 pm (UTC)2. I don't have a least fave so I guess I'll randomly pic...the one w/ keyword "george"

3e. Who are Jake and Diana?
3f. Is Witch Princess from Charmed?

Date: 2004-07-08 07:56 am (UTC)2. is your least fave and why? Um, there's isn't really one I dislike... "Bunny suit" cause the picture is disturbing I guess, but I don't DISlike it, if you follow me. It's just the least fave...
3. have you always wanted context for? "Violet"... and "kaylee" to keep my tradition of not choosing only one. Even though I broke it on the "least fave" question...
4. have you never noticed I even HAD before? Grandma rides a harley. *giggle* I hadn't seen the dorky costume one before either.
