Well, see, the thing of it is that the Bush League may not be doing this, but yet there are people who don't think anything of screwing with the voting system just to make sure their side wins.

That's scary. But it doesn't surprise me.

There was a news story not long ago about how some Republican set up this system to tie up the phone lines of Democrats who were trying to get people out to vote (by calling voters and also by providing rides to people who called in) in the 2000 election.

It's sickening.
