So. I guess I have to go to work now. I just have to summon the energy. And the desire. And the urge not to just call it off and stay home and write. (Especially considering this is the first time in a long time I've been this eager to write.)

Well, at least today's payday, so it's got that going for it. Hmph. I think I should pick up a new movie or a TV box set or something tomorrow for my trip. Anybody got any suggestions?

Clerks X and Jersey Girl come out on the seventh. I don't know if you can wait that long, but Kevin Smith is always a good choice.

Good lord woman, you are trying my patience.
Get Buckaroo Banzai and I'll climb off your back.
Or on your back.

Or something :>

Heck, at least rent it just to shut my yap.

See? See?
The teeming masses have spoken!

Or at least the two teeming ones who have excellent taste and refinement.

I swear I tried, but the last time, I checked Borders and Suncoast and turned up nada. Tomorrow, I'll look in Best Buy and Suncoast again, since last time I asked them about it and maybe they took it as a hint. *crosses fingers*

Yay!
It's about time the bourgoise listened to the proletariats!

Or the Evil Dictator listened to the teeming minions.

Something like that.

Here's the trailer (http://videodetective.com/home.asp?x=y&SpeedTestResults=4645.16&PublishedID=368&AltID=&CustomerID=97135&WM=True&Ads=True&Play=TRUE). You must watch this movie, if only for Jeff Goldblum's outrageous pants.

And watch it for Perfect Tommy (http://img84.exs.cx/img84/2254/ptommybmp.jpg). Because he's perfect.

And for me, personally, Ellen Barkin in a tiny little pink dress was always a big draw :>

Talk about a great cast of Those Who Would Become Famous. Or Famous-er.

I'd suggest Playmakers, but I know you're not a football fan.

Freaks and Geeks?

Hmm. The Complete Blackadder gets my vote right now, closely followed by Princess Bride. Of course, I dunno if you've got either of those already, or if you can even get the complete Blackadder in America (if not it's a darn shame...)

Babylon 5?

(Of course the problem is, even most B5 fans dislike the first season, so....)

It's the fifth season of B5 that I refuse to acknowledge, personally. Though I haven't seen the first in eeeeons.
