I used to teach a course called "how to got 2 weeks on your last 10 bucks". this was in the early 90's, and five bucks went further. But it's all about frame of mind. Inventory what you have and see if you can create a craving for something in the back of your cupboard. And make a shopping list for when you get your paycheck. The cheesecake'll wait.
