Man, I need printer ink. And paper. And to go to Staples and swoon over the pretty office supplies. Oh, yeah, I should probably ... you know, write and all. Urgh. I will not play hooky from work today, I will not play hooky from work today ... (Even though I sneezed a few times yesterday and said I had a headache and could totally get away with saying I had a cold. *sigh*)

EDIT: There's a news story on the ABC morning show right now about a doctor who invented a machine where you stick an electrode in your back and it gives you an orgasm. They get extra points for no one making a crack about hitting a button on the remote over and over again until you die of happy.

It is to nice to know I'm not the only person who gets excited about office supplies :)

At my old job I was in charge of ordering all the supplies and I would often get to meet with vendors and they would give me free samples... it was so exciting.

Every August, I let myself go to Staples or Office Max and buy about fifty bucks worth of school supplies. Yeah, I'm not in school anymore, but it's not like I won't use them. :)

Today I picked up a notebook to work on my stories with in Borders that has a red cover and graph paper inside. Why didn't they have notebooks with graph paper when I was going to high school?! I would have killed other students to get at these things! *hugs notebook protectively to chest*

My wallet got stolen, and it's not back-to-school yet.

But when it is, I'm going nuts on stationary!
