Well, it makes sense in the limited context of toilet training. You talk about how "everybody poops" and "we all pass gass" and your kid isn't freaked by the experience and (hopefully) will sit on the potty.

I was in the hospital visiting sick kids, and one little girl asked me to read a book. It was in hebrew, and she was learning English, so she asked me to read and translate, and handed me this book.

I took one look at it and double-taked. I had to reread it twice to be sure that it was actually saying what I thought it was saying.
