Don't answer the phone when it's transferred back. That's what we did in my old Customer Service job; as long as it was clear we were on lunch break we did NOT answer phone calls.

Alternately, don't eat lunch anywhere near your desk. That sucks, I know, because I'd rather have lunch near a phone and computer and desk space, but sometimes it can't be helped.

I usually don't eat lunch when I get here if I can help it for specifically that reason. And not answering the calls only drives them nuts, because I swear I could be in the breakroom eating lunch and they'd be asking me to do work. The concept of specific work hours around here is unheard of. *headwall*
