I didn't start letter writing, but I was thinking, post "Oh no, what is TP going through?!", "Wait, they can't kill him! They'll alienate the entire LotR fanbase! The show is *screwed*! Although, it would be quite the bold manuever...."

They *did* say one of the majors is dying before year's end, right? With that looming, it does keep the stakes pretty high...
