I picked the first one coz that's /my/ brother. Except add, "He got arrested for possession of narcotics and/or intent to distribute" and "He got yet another DUI" and "He got fired. AGAIN." and, "He got arrested for posession of an illegal firearm." and, "He got shot at by some punk kids." to that list.
