There are laws about you being able to collect your pay in a consistent and timely manner. I suggest pointing this out very reasonably to the person(s) who keep fucking it up. Possibly this will increase their level of diligence and attention to the tiny detai of, oh, paying you.

What she said. I had to deal with that sort of crap last summer. I ended up having to file a report with the state attorney general.

A couple of my employees are being screwed over in a similar fashion by my corporate office that actually cuts the checks. It's making me RAGE! I entered their time correctly. It's national that screwed up. Yhey are making me look stupid, and shrugging off their responsiblity to my employees.
