Links galore ...
Apr. 1st, 2005 12:31 pmFirst off, the
xmmficathon is open for business again. Go sign up. You know you want to. Or, you know, you know I want you to, because the more people who sign up, the more fic there is. ;)
Also, there's two (okay, one and a half) summaries up on
plan_9_from_lj as of this morning --
dhaunea's Night of the Living Dead review and parts one and two of my 10.5 review. Yay ... first day and we're already busy. *cackles maniacally*
Pat Buchanan was doused with salad dressing by a protestor. If that story's an April Fool's joke, it's the only one that's ever made me smile. (I loathe April Fool's Day. If it had a mascot like Easter or Christmas, I would beat it to death with a rubber chicken.)
Organizers of a major erotic festival are closing for business in Manchester due to a lack of interest, which they blame on recalcitrant northern English men. Hee.
Shut up, Rick Santorum. I hope my home state votes your ass out come the next election. Sheesh.
Also, the Pope is going to die any minute now. I can't even begin to comprehend that. I mean, this guy's been the Pope since I was a year old, so a part of my brain figured some schmuck with a sword and a trenchcoat was going to have to do the deed if we ever wanted to get rid of him.
Oh, and I made another TAR icon, 'cause I was bored waiting to start work:

I need help. ;)
