Am watching X2 for story details. I forgot how much I love this movie. (Did I ever mention that I went to the first two showings of it at my local theater? As in, the very first showing, and then the next showing in the very same theater. I didn't even have to leave my seat between showings, except I did, so that I could go out in the lobby and tell everybody else who was waiting to see it that it was awesome. I'm sad, really.)

Hee. I almost forgot that when Rogue was changing, Bobby took a quick peek when she had to have been naked at least to the waist. I love my favorite adorable horny teenage boy. :)

EDIT: "Let's just say I know a girl who can walk through walls." God, how I get a little giddy at that line. And Bobby in a team uniform gives me a great big happy. Oh, yes. *will officially be in fangirl mode for the rest of today*

OTHER EDIT: Also, for the record, when I see Colossus in a team uniform, I'll get just as big of a happy little thrill. Wheeeeee.

Actually, I think my very favorite part is when he and Logan are in the kitchen and he chills the drink for him. SO slashy and cute and YAY.

Oh, yes. I swear, this entire series is just a slashfest waiting to happen. Everybody gets a nice, chemistry-heavy scene with everybody else. :)

And Mystique and Magneto being all catty about Rogue on the plane! *swoons* Also, this whole thing is renewing my John love. I forgot how adorably angsty he can be.

I can remember the argument I got into over whether Magneto was really trying to insult Rogue there or whether he'd been too distracted at the time to notice her hair going white in the machine and genuinely thought it was merely a unique haircoloring choice on her part.

That sequence makes me hate Ronny, but I have this constant urge to redeem the little bastard in fanfic because he's Bobby's brother. That's the only reason he gets any leeway with me, although I think it's mostly because I like to see Bobby emotionally tormented or forgiving. (Or both. Or doing anything, really.)

Also, it always kills me when Jean is telling Wolverine "Girls like the bad boy but marry the good guy" and Wolverine kinda pouts and says "I could be the good guy." So cute, hee.

I got this Cable comic that guest-starred Wolverine. In it, Logan realizes that for some damned reason, Jean cares for the big, half-metal lummox. So he basically corners the guy and says 'If you hurt her, I'll kick your ass half way to Timbuktu'. It was cute.

I saw the preview for Layer Cake when I saw Kung Fu Hustle tonight. It looks like an interesting, well executed movie. I have high hopes for X3. They just better use Collosus more. I'd like to see Jaugernaut kick the shit out of the X Men and Rogue absorb the team's powers to go one on one with him.

Eee! I literally screamed Colossus's name when I first saw him in X2. And I squealed when I saw Hank. (Of course I was watching it at home, which does cut down on the embarassment factor.) God, I love Bobby and John. Such friendship, such angst, such slashiness! I have a bunch of half-finished Bobby/John stuff scribbled in notebooks from watching that movie. And the commentary for that movie also confirmed for me that scriptwriters are twice as twisted as fanficcers.
