Another time-waster, because I'm bored out of my goodamn mind, stuck at work, and wishing I could go home --

What would you do and who would you be if you were a part of the world(s) or your favorite fandom(s)? Not as if you were another made-up person, but as if it were you specifically, with all of the same faults and skills, living with and interacting with the characters from those worlds.

EDIT: And you don't get to know anything extra, not what'll happen in the future or any family secrets you're not supposed to know. You just know the same sort of crap you'd know with your best friends in the real world.

Things I would do in my main fandoms:

- Have no friends at Hogwarts and scare Professor Snape by loving potions and asking if I can come in and play around in the lab during my free time.

- Hang out with Benton Fraser and alternately hit him over the head for being an idiot and beg for him Inuit stories and help in Canadian immigration.

- Be the clinic patient who tells Dr. House "You know, I kind of like you." and have him be greatly disturbed. Alternately, be the secretary that keeps spreading rumors about Dr. House and Dr. Wilson.

You can talk to him when you run into him during the whole shagging-Elaine-and/or-Meg scenario, but he can't be the primary focus of the exercise. It just wouldn't be fair to us pervy Benton fanciers. Because how would you feel if I, as a reasonably straight girl, were to monopolize Elaine and/or Meg with idle chitchat? It would be terribly thoughtless of me, see?
