I'll be happy if anybody but Ron and Kelly ... okay, anybody but Kelly won. I'd feel really guilty for being happy if Rob and Amber won, but then again, they did run a good race. And Uchenna and Joyce are just awesome.
Meanwhile, I would be shocked -- but happily so -- if Meredith and Gretchen won. It'd just go to show that being first in this race isn't quite as important as being slightly better than last. :)
"The Amazing Race" is a reality tv show where eleven or twelve teams of two people with a relationship (married couples, dating people, best friends, etc.) race around the world to established points and have to do all sorts of things like bunjee jump and climb castle walls and stuff at places all over the planet. It's the most fun reality show on TV, seriously. I'd kill to get on the show. :)
Though seriously, I want a U/J win, and I'd grudgingly accept a R/A win, only because they've proven to be excellent racers (I call it the Colin effect - respecting the way they race while hating them personally).
What are we gonna do after next Tuesday?!?!?!? Withdrawal... WITHDRAWAL, I tell you! :P
Hell, I'd even accept Meredith and Gretchen at this point, if only because ... well, holy fuck, if they pulled it out of their ass NOW, I'd be so shocked, I'd kind of have to back them up. (I mean, seriously, they might not be the best racers on the planet, but they're always slightly better than someone else, which is kind of the point. And remember how screwed we thought they both were when they got mugged at the Bathmat?)
But, YESOMGWTF happens after next Tuesday?! WITHDRAWAL. I'm going to be flailing like crazy, damn it. (Unless Kelly wins, in which case I'll want to hit things. Because following KKKendra with Kelly is just ... just NO.)
