Democrats kicked out of a Baptist church. Well, that's just lovely. *gags* If you want to feel better, you can always shoot zombies.

And why wasn't I informed about this movie? Heath Ledger! Matt Damon! Terry Gilliam! Where the hell have they been hiding this? ARGH.

Just in case anybody missed it, that [livejournal.com profile] mock_the_stupid post has now been Fandom Wanked. *snerk* I'm rather amused by the fact that I don't even have to read the wank, as it's coming directly to my mailbox. :)

Man who found finger in custard refused to return the finger to the store. All together now ... EWWWWWWWW. I mean, yes, the guy has a right to sue the custard place, but now the guy who had his finger cut off has the right to sue him back because they couldn't reattach.

One bad review of Kingdom of Heaven, two bad reviews of Kingdom of Heaven. Why do I have the feeling I'll be writing a Q&A review after I see it?

A year after federal agents raided his home in a terrorism investigation, Muslim businessman Syed Maswood is lucky to get on an airplane without being detained and searched. But that didn't stop him from getting an invitation to dine with U.S. President George W. Bush.

'Whore College' Offers Hands-On Training -- HEE. I want to go! Not to learn how to be a prostitute, but just to go. :) (You know, I really wish I could take it seriously and get all indignant from a feminist perspective, but something about it ... well, I just can't, really.)

I hadn't heard of Brothers Grimm, either - but now it is DEFINITELY on my "to watch list". I've heard of other fairy-tale horror movies before, but I have yet to SEE any of them.

Have you seen any images from the Brothers Grimm? Because the absolutely gorgeous costumes alone will probably be worth the price of the ticket.

Hey, F_W isn't all bad. I frequent over there, and saw the wank, and it led me straight to "Ghost in the Shell," which I enjoyed immensely. =)

Oh, I don't think it's bad at all. This is the first time I've been anywhere near wank, so I'm just incredibly amused about the whole thing. (And thanks! I appreciate that. :))

No problem whatsoever. =)

And BTW, I ♥ your icon. I have season 1 on DVD and was terribly disappointed to find out the show had been cancelled. =(

Brothers Grimm! Empire magazine broke the news that that was nearing the end of production at least a year ago. And then, no more news. At all. Disappeared off the radar. No approximate ETA, nothing. *sulk*

And is it wrong that there's actually no part of me that objects to the Whore College thing? It's for people who voluntarily perform a service to learn more about that service. But then, the whole legalisation thing sounds like a good idea to me.

And they had boywhores. It said so. So it's all good. ;)

The only good thing about that church taking a political stand and kicking out Democrats is that they will lose their tax exempt status!

Q&A on Kingdom of Heaven will definitely be appropriate - it's not that bad, but not that good.

And /everyone/ is awed by Orlando's pretteh.
