So I called my mother, and the new kitten's name is Tucker. That makes it Jasper, Simon, Owen, Otis, Spencer, Cooper, and Tucker. It's as if my mother gave birth to a set of incredibly trendy male septuplets. (The kitten's not home yet, though. They just went to visit it at the breeder's house, where there were apparently twenty Siamese kittens in total throughout the house. I have this mental image of my father hauling my mother out of the house with one of those theatrical hooks while she grabs after the kittens like an obsessed toddler.)

In other news, my ovaries are never allowed to watch Alien again. Also, no more kickboxing for them, either. OW.

EDIT: Martha Stewart Calls Lockdown 'Hideous' -- Okay, I'll forgive the fact that she acts as if house arrest in a mansion is a horrible punishment, but only because she ends the article by talking about how hot Jon Stewart is. Which, considering the shared last name, is mildly weird.
