Once again, it's four o'clock in the morning and I'm awake for some reason. Although I suppose taking a three-hour nap yesterday at five o'clock didn't help. In any event, trailers ...

The Great Raid -- I don't know anything about the rescue they're talking about, but I like me some war movies and I have respect for any movie that dresses a bunch of hot actors in uniform. Mmmm. :)

Waiting -- Oh, I love Ryan Reynolds. I'd watch him sit around in an airport and make snarky comments about the people getting off planes. "Good ... answer." *snerk*

Undiscovered -- I swear to God I wouldn't link to this because Ashlee Simpson is in it and God knows she doesn't need any damn publicity for anything ever, but it looks like a cute little movie in spite of her. And normally I'd be squeeing over Kip Pardue, but the guy playing the singer is really freakin' hot. (He's also the guy throwing fire in the Sky High trailer, and once again I have a little fangirlish moment because his character's name is Sky High is Warren Peace. Between that and the one girl's name being Gwen Grayson, I don't know whether to hug the screenwriters or slap them on their backs to compliment their massive cojones.)

I get the impression Gwen Grayson is the screenwriters basically saying, "Look! We've read comics!" I mean, Gwen coming from Gwen Stacy (Peter Parker's old girlfriend) is kind of a stretch, but Grayson's got to be from Dick Grayson, one of the Robins.

I didn't need my estimation of Alanis Morrissette to go up any higher, since I already love her music and she played God in a Kevin Smith movie, for crying out loud, but she's obviously got excellent taste in men to be engaged to him. Mmm-hmm.
