MPreg? Well, there's always darth_stitch's Wacky MPreg Fluffverse, which is a sweet fluffy set of Snarry fics. Includes As You Wish, a Snarry-centric yet multifandom version of the Princess Bride, and Snapercup's Baby, which is more about the Snape-Potter brood. All is very fluffy and makes for warm fuzzies galore.

Plus, the characters have their own interactive LJs.
