OMG!! Do you, that icon gave me a flashback. Just about a decade ago I decided to get rid of my cable. Why you ask? When our cable went out, the main HQ in Tennessee took my service call:

Her: This is XXX how kin I hep you?
Me: I'm calling to report a cable outage in Chalk Hill, Pennsylvania
Her: What state is that in?
Me: Excuse me?
Her (now agitated): I axed you, what state is that in?
Me: Pennsylvania was one of the 13 original colonies you moron, it is a state.
Her: *click*

Oh, yes, Ron and Kelly pissed me off. More Kelly than Ron, actually, because she was the one who later on in the season claimed that he didn't make a commitment to the Army because he got out of it by being a POW. (Granted, that wasn't the only reason I disliked the spoiled, bitchy princess, but that was the clincher.)

And yeah, Uchenna and Joyce won it and were awesome doing it. :)
