Oct. 9th, 2005 09:02 amYou know what's going to drive me nuts even quicker than simply signing up for
fanfic100?
It's that I hate writing drabbles. I mean, if I have a choice between writing something long and writing someting short, I'll write something long. So I have a terrible urge to up the minimum word limit on my own stories to 1000 words. After all, there's no deadline, so I've got plenty of time.
A thousand words a story, a hundred stories. Just watch as I become the major supplier of Terminator fanfic on the Internet. *snerk*
Hmm. I may need to learn more about guns. And explosives. And radiation sickness.
EDIT: I woke up this morning to a thousand people running past my window preceded by a marching band and police cars, and it took me five completely confused minutes to remember that the Steamtown Marathon starts at the local high school today.

Date: 2005-10-10 04:17 pm (UTC)What if you wrote the drabbles as independent scenes that, when strung together, told a larger story?
