So in the time I had left before I have to leave for work, I sat down and read the story that Brokeback Mountain comes from.

Great. First I was all turned on, and now I'm crying. Saying I'm not in the right state of mind to go to work is now officially an understatement.

Agreed. That line gets me even in the trailor. I can't imagine what kind of mess I'm going to be when I actually this movie in the theaters.

Didn't like the writing style, but it was a good story. It was kind of like All the Pretty Horses. Good story, not the most likeable of writing styles. It took away from the emotional levity. I'll cry in the movie, no doubt.

It's a killer. The story upset me so much, I'm almost contemplating only watching the first half of the movie.
I love a good tearjerker, but this ain't "fun" crying.

The story made me so sad in such a lonely way. I don't think I cried, but it wasn't for lack of caring, it was just so desolate.

It perfectly belongs in the Wyoming range, I think.

...somehow, until I got to the shirt, I was convinced that it was Jake who was Ennis, though. The descriptions seem a bit wrong.

The movie is going to make me WAIL.

Isn't it gorgeous? Proulx's style is just so chill and spare, when she does let loose with the emotion it cuts.
