There was only one outfit in Santino's collection I wouldn't wear, and there's good reason.

See this dress? I wouldn't wear this, and I know only one person who would.

Here's the thing.

A.) She's fictional.
B.) She's in my book.
C.) She's a vampire.
D.) She would think nothing of wearing that to a McDonald's.
E.) She has just the right boots for it.

Heh. I'm so sad, I'm shopping for clothes for my fictional characters. *giggles*

EDIT: And an X3 pic that makes me inordinately happy while spoiling nothing (unless you still don't know who's in the movie) ...

Ah, my best-buddy X-Men OTP. I had to edit Storm out of that picture, because BLECH, but YES. I don't even care about the whole Kelsey Grammer thing, because if they have Bobby/Hank interaction and it works, I will love it beyond the telling of it. :)

SON OF EDIT: Carissa Gaghan is the most adorable person on the planet. Or at least out of the people who've ever been on TAR.

y'know, the first thing I thought of when I saw that was "Formal LARP wear"

so, with you on the wampire vibe.

I think half my fictional characters would have a wardrobe if I used the designers from Project Runway.

I think if I were to magnify the picture, I'd be able to see whether or not she waxes her hoo-ha.

Now take that Hank/Bobby picture... and just imagine what it would look like if they'd kept Steve Bacic (http://www.stevebacic.com/) in the role...

That particular model too practically took out the audience's eyes with her hip thrust and tude. I was like honey, just because he decided to go RenFest on your ass is no excuse to run off the runway!

I think with a little tweeking, I'd wear Santino's dress. Change the color of the skirt and do something about the sleeves and I'd be so there. I really want to see this episode. I know it will be replayed a zillion times, I just hope I can catch it. I fell asleep last night. Hangs head in shame.

Also, I can't wait for X3. :-)

If the skirt were the color of the sleeves, and petticoats came with, I'd so be in it. Though I'd want a little lower of a neckline.

ahaha. YES. I saw that dress and said "Been watching Van Helsing lately, Santino?"

...that or he plays a lot of Vampire:The Masquerade.

Dude. I'm kinda actually starting to like Kelsey as Hank. Of course part of it might just be my hideous love for the trailer.

Bobby! I love Bobby! I saw his brother on Veronica Mars recently...spent several several episodes just saying over nad over "He looks so much like Iceman! Is that Iceman? Is he related to Iceman?!"

Someone on my flist posted a link to pictures of the Project Runway collections a couple of weeks ago, and I was surprised to see that apparently Kara showed a collection as well... oddly, there was no mention of it on the show. I also remember reading that Austin showed a collection of gowns during Fashion Week in addition to the three finalists last year. Have you heard anything about this? I wonder if they figure, what the heck, we have all these people here and we have the hall rented for X hours, why not let the runner-up show a collection, too.

Yeah, they didn't mention it because they only do it to keep anybody from finding out spoilers about who the final three are. That's why they never mentioned either collection -- because theirs were only shown to throw people off about who the final three were. (And presumably why Chloe didn't pick Kara to help with her 13th outfit -- because Kara already had a collection to deal with.)

One of my friends I was watching with loves that outfit and would wear it to McDonalds if she went to McDonalds. I'd like it except for the sleeves.
