The One Where Dean Has To Make a Choice, by myrna1_2_3 (Supernatural, Sam and Dean) -- John sends the boys a message about a job at the same time that Sam's visions beckon them elsewhere. A WIP, but it's a great start.

Wish I Was Somebody Else, by nauticalgal (Firefly, post-BDM, the crew of Firefly) -- A fabulous post-Serenity story in which the crew of Firefly make a shocking discovery. Another WIP, but so far it's brilliant. Just keep hitting "next post" to get to the next parts of the story -- there's five so far.
