Where You Land, by
sevenfists (Supernatural, Sam and Dean) -- After Jess's death, Sam and Dean spent a week in California looking for information, and this is that story. An awesome take on Dean doing exactly what he has to do to keep Sam from falling apart.
Busting The Undead, by
chaosmanor (Mythbusters, Jamie and Adam) -- The Mythbusters fight zombies. And okay, for the record, I don't watch Mythbusters, but ... BUT. They're fighting zombies. COME ON, PEOPLE.
Smarana, by
starstillwonder (Supernatural RPS, Jensen, Jared and Jeff) -- The guys take a trip to India. Oh. OHHHH. Do I need to mention the huge amount of bhangra music on my MP3 player? No? Because I pretty much just put that on and read this story and felt about twenty shades of happy.
The Language of This Foreign Country, by
ignipes (Supernatural, Sam and Dean) -- Sam has a Dean-to-English dictionary in his head, and who doesn't have that with their sibling? Recced everywhere, and for good reason.
Peaks and Valleys, by
lyra_wing (Supernatural, Sam and Dean) -- Sam and Dean are traveling the country together and well, they've got to snap sometime. A great portrait of the way the boys interact.
Family Comes First, by
ethrosdemon (Supernatural, Sam and Dean) -- Oh, my God, if you haven't read this story already, you are so missing out. It's Daddy Dean and Uncle Sammy, with a fabulous OFC to boot.
I'll Most Likely Kill You In The Morning, by
karabair (Jossverse RPS, Joss/Alexis) -- Wait, don't go! It's not like there's anything graphic, but it's too adorable for words. Joss has just hired Alexis to play Wesley, and he might just be regretting it a tad.
The Only Thing We'll Hit Is Sunset, by
whereupon (Supernatural, Dean/OFC) -- Hot story about Dean having a run-in with a mysterious girl while Sam is away at college.
We All Fall Down, by
estrella30 (Superatural, John) -- For all of John's enormous fucked-up-ness -- hell, because of it -- I have major John love that you all already know well enough. So this view of the events of "Something Wicked" from John's eyes makes me happy. He's not the Father of the Year, but damn, does he love those boys.
It Never Ends,
violetsmiles (Supernatural, Sam/Dean) -- The boys travel across the country with the sense of something sinister on their heels. A lovely dark picture of where they are and where they're headed.
Wildcat, by
mona1347 (Supernatural, Dean/FC/Sam) -- If you have no problem whatsover with a little threesome porn, you have GOT to read this one. And the identity of the woman in question is a nice little surprise at the end (you know, if you don't already have an inkling of it somewhere in the middle of the sex ... ;)).
What I Keep and What I Carry, by
poisontaster (Supernatural, Sam/Dean) -- Sam and Dean's relationship progresses over the years. Beautiful and painful and sad, and by the end you just want to sweep the boys up and never let them out of each other's sights again.
Frontier Hounds, by
slodwick (Supernatural, Sam and Dean) -- An AU version of the pilot events, except it's a 19th-century western. Excuse me while I flip out and squeal at the mental image of that. Mmmmmm.
Item: Two Lips, Indifferent Red, by
candygramme (Supernatural RPS, Jensen/Jared) -- Like the rest of us, Jared succumbs to the pretty that is Jensen's gorgeous mouth. HEE.
The Ragged Edge, by
jonquil (Doctor Who, Rose and the Doctor) -- A gorgeous look at the Doctor and why he behaves the way he does, with a last line that's a gut punch.
Make The Most of Never-Never, by
ficbyzee (Supernatural, Dean/Sam) -- Sam has had a thing for Dean forever, but how the hell is he supposed to restrain himself when Dean's acting like this? Way too hot. Yeah, like's a "too hot" for this fandom. ;)
Reunion (And a New Bet), by
azewewish and
idiosyncratic (Football RPS, Matt Hasselbeck/Ben Roethlisberger) -- Dude, I don't even like football (Although you know why I win? Because I didn't have to doublecheck the spelling of Ben Roethlisberger's last name, that's why. ;)), but this is sexiness to die for.
Deus Ex Machina, by
movablehistory (Supernatural, the Impala) -- I love the thought that the Impala is sentient and has some idea of what's going on, but then again, I have mad love for that car. Oh, yes.
Nice Life For The Price, by
joyfulgirl41 (Supernatural, John) -- Yet another striking look at how John sees his sons. Oh, John, you fucked-up beautiful man, you. *cuddles him*

I am officially tired of blowing my damn nose. Owie. *whimpers*
EDIT: I was just thinking about the Supernatural finale and realized that the day after, I may be the first person in existence to die from either fanfic overdose or plotbunny attack. They'll find me lying on the floor of my office with pages of Wincest crammed into my veins and twenty tiny bunnies with sharp little teeth eating my head, just you wait and see.
OTHER EDIT: Sometime in the next week, I have to listen to "Animals" on continuous loop and write curse 'verse porn. OMG YES. (No, I haven't been listening to that song, why do you ask?)

Date: 2006-04-13 05:46 am (UTC)It also doesn't help that my work schedule the past month has been on Wednesdays, which means I have to remember to set the VCR, which I think I've established I can't do to save my life. I did remember to watch the Sun and Jin episode, which was cool, even if I did feel the urge to strangle the subtitle guy over that typo.
