Heh. Is it really bad that I completely forgot I wrote that J-squared story until I got home yesterday? I just kind of threw it together before I ran out the door and once I took Saturday off and realized I had half a work week left, the story lost priority in my brain. ;)

So anyway, I was thinking. I love Supernatural, I do. But I know just as well as the rest of the fans I've seen do that the writing's got its problems. I mean, the Monsters of the Week alone could use a lot of work. So here's the question I pose: If you could put any three SPN fanfic writers on the writing staff of the show, who would you put there and why? (And just to be fair, let's just pretend I'm not even eligible. Or, you know, I've volunteered to fetch coffee or order in pizza for the writing staff or something. ;))

traveler (cee?)-cause the show's angst sometimes slides into melodrama and she'd be able to adjust it so it was eloquent and fluid and still uncharted and complex.

paperbkryter, cause she writes a mean, solid and genuinely chilling monster of the week and still somehow manages to keep the focus on Winchester mythology.

you. hon, i'm sorry, but that's how it is. =P you're one of the few authors i've run across in this fandom who consistantly manages to fuse humor and darkness.

Yeah, I agree that the writers reallly need to do just a little more digging and research to find a MOTW that your average sixth grader hasn't heard of, but they have been improving.

Still, they should recruit:

wolfling, even though they just got into the fandom

and I would say kallysten, who also just got into the fandom from Btvs, only I would die if she stopped writing the Buffy/Spike ;)
