Who the hell holds their pet while they bake cupcakes? I mean, I know that woman loves her dog, but my mother loves her cats like she loves her kids and if she's making cookies and one of us picks up a cat anywhere near the kitchen, she spazzes out about us getting hair in the cookies.

I'm really crazy-desperate for Chinese food (yes, again) but I'm not letting myself pick up any before work tonight unless I get my damn quota finished for today. I don't even know why I'm so worried about hitting quota, since I've been planning on only working on the novel during my days off when I have more time to commit fully to it, but I have the whole day to myself until five, so I might as well make a dent.

Yeah, her Pomeranian, not the other lady's dog. The other lady wanted to crossbreed them to make a Pomapoo or a Poo-eranian or whatever they called the crossbreed. (Her words, not mine. ;))
