1. Why do you dislike #11 so much? (Pam/Roy)
Because I get the whole reason that they wee together -- that they’d been together for so long, that Pam had invested years into this relationship, that on some level Pam didn’t think she could do any better, and that occasionally Roy did show moments of being a really great guy. But they were just so obviously wrong for one another. You could just see the divorce in their future and I don’t know about anybody else but I kept wanting to grab onto Pam’s shoulders and shake some sense into her.

Plus, Roy got in the way of my OTP. ;)

2. Who is someone you know that ships #13? (Rodney/John)

Um, everyone? I mean, my whole thing is that I don’t really watch the show and so me getting into it and writing fic for them isn’t going to happen anytime soon (and probably wouldn‘t anyway, considering my tenuous grasp on science, unless I AU the fuck out of ‘em).

3. What would be your ideal scenario for couple #3? (Jim/Pam)

God, anything. Jim encourages Pam to go to art school, Pam encourages Jim to try for a management position in a place that doesn’t suck on toast, they both win the lottery on a joint ticket and spend the rest of their lives spending money and making babies. I DON’T CARE. Just hook them up already, for crying out loud.

4. Which is your favorite episode for #1? Try to pick just one. (Peter/Nathan)

Can I wait until they do the clip show solely featuring every moment during the season in which they’ve inappropriately touched one another?

5. How long have you been following couple #6? (Sarah/Kyle)

Well, my family was going to go see T2 in the theaters on opening weekend and I hadn’t seen the first movie so I saw that in the afternoon and T2 that night. So, yeah. Since that weekend. J

6. What's the story with #8? What made you stop liking them/caring? (Logan/Veronica)

Okay, you know what I should say? I should say that season one Logan-and-Veronica make me giddy in my pants even now. Seriously. If I popped in that scene at the motel where they first kissed right now and watched it again I’d squeal at the top of my lungs. It still makes me that happy.

But since then it’s turned into this great big THING, where neither one of them can move on without the other one pining away from the other side of the room and then the episode immediately following whatever loving moment their ex has had with someone else features forty-four minutes of said character snarkily suffering through their DYING HEART. Thank you, but no.

7. Which ship do you prefer - #2 or #4? (Betty/Henry or Jensen/Jared)

Jensen and Jared, probably. I mean, I love Betty and Henry like puppies but I’ve been invested in my boys for so much longer.

8. You have the power to make one ship non-existent. Choose from #10 or #12. (Dean/Jo or Derek/Meredith)

URGH. Okay, Derek and Meredith. I don’t like Jo with Dean at the places they’re both at now at ALL. However that’s not to say that I can’t see them both progressing to a place where I’d be able to buy them together. Just, you know, not right now. Dean needs to focus on Sam and the demon first and foremost and Jo still needs to gain the maturity and worldliness of being on the hunt a wee bit longer. Then maybe I might be able to buy them together.

Derek and Meredith, however … okay, I didn’t like them when they were just in a relationship that threatened both of their careers. I didn’t like them when it turned out Derek hadn’t mentioned he was separated from his wife. I didn’t like them when Derek chose his wife and then proceeded to piiiiiiiiine for Meredith. I didn’t like them when Derek called Meredith a whore, and then she chewed him out and told him he didn’t get to call her a whore, and then slept with him while his wife and her date were somewhere else in the hospital. I didn’t like it when he turned into an overprotective dicksmack, and now I don’t like it because now that he’s got the Chief job dangling over his head he’s treating her like shit.

I’m supposed to root for a relationship THIS damaging? I’ll pass.

9. What interests you about #14? (Alex/Jane Doe)

You know how Jane/Ava/Whatever said that Alex is one of those guys who does the whole manwhore thing and then turns into a good husband and father? That’s why. They have adorable chemistry and I have this thing with bad-boy types being daddies.

10. When did you stop liking #7? (Buffy/Spike)

I want to say that other fans ruined it for me, but you know who did it? Marti Noxon. Even when Spike and Buffy were just being so very wrong and bad to one another I was holding out hope that it would all work out, and then Marti Noxon kept getting interviewed and saying stuff like how Buffy and Spike have this abusive relationship and he’s awful and Buffy’s using him as punishment for everything she’s done or … or … I don’t know. By the point that became her standby response to Buffy/Spike, I was too busy seeing red to want to have anything to do with the pairing anymore.

11. Did your waning interest in #9 kill your interest in the show? (Bobby/Marie)

More like the other way around. I mean, they’re still my favorite ship in that ’verse by far but after X3 and the whole love triangle with Kitty (… bwuh?) I just can’t see myself racing to the theaters on opening day for a fourth movie like I did for the first three.

12. What’s a song that reminds you of #5 (Sam/Dean)

Okay, it’s a really freaking obvious one, but “.45” by Shinedown.

13. Which of these ships do you love the most?

With the Winchesters, so goes my country.

14. Which do you dislike the most?

Currently, Logan and Veronica. (I‘ve been reading spoilers, and they haven‘t made me any happier. *growls*)

15. If you could have any of these pairings double-date, who would it be?

Oh, my God, I took one look at this question and I found a situation in which I would adore Dean and Jo together -- double-dating with Sarah and Kyle. Dean would be staring at Sarah like she was his fantasy girl, and Jo would yell at him except for the fact that she’d just be gaping at her too, and at the end of the hunt (They‘d have to be on a hunt somewhere! Where else are they going to go, Red Lobster?!) she’d turn to Dean and say, “I want to be her when I grow up.” And he’d say, “If you turn into her I will marry you.”

16. Have #2 kissed yet? (Betty/Henry)

NO, GODDAMN IT! And don’t remind me again! *cries*

I just want my favorite geeks to kiss, damn it.

17. Did #4 have a happy ending? If the show hasn’t ended it, do you think a happy ending is likely? (Jensen/Jared)

Unfortunately they’re only fucking in my head unless there‘s something the rest of you haven‘t told me about. However, I’ll settle for them always having each other’s phone numbers and hanging out and just being buddies.

18. What would make you start shipping #14? (Alex/Jane Doe)

Well, I already kind of do. Just, you know, very lowkey considering my usual flailing monkey love for most of my other favorite pairings.

19. If only one could happen which would you prefer, #2 or #6 (Betty/Henry or Sarah/Kyle)

Since Sarah/Kyle is already canon (massively so at that), please PLEASE let Betty and Henry hook up. Oh, man, I’m dying here.

20. You have the power to decide the fate of #10. What happens to them? (Dean/Jo)

Dean and Sam focus on dealing with the demon. Jo goes off on hunts, hardens up a little, gains a few more scars. The boys fight the demon and win, but not without suffering in the process. Jo fights various things and grows up. Dean stops having such a low opinion of himself and realizes he’s more worthwhile than he gives himself credit for. Jo stops leaning against things suggestively. And then a few years down the line they run into each other again when they’re slightly different people, for better or worse, and we’ll see just how well they work out then.

And now maybe I'll go finish catching up with Doctor Who and Grey's Anatomy, because apparently my writing brain parts no work. BAH.

Oh honey, EVERYBODY AUs the fuck out of Rodney and John. It's a THING. A wonderful THING. The epic (EPIC - it's like over 100k words or something) I'm reading right now has John and Rodney essentially married, living together on a farm in Iowa and raising a son. YEAH. *hearts forever* You NEEEEED to see this show. Seriously!

Oh, yeah, I know. Every time I see a fic where they're actually EXACTLY who they are on the show I want to cradle it in my hands like a beautiful an unique snowflake. "Nobody's pregnant, a gingerbread man, a dinosaur, or a gymnast? WHAT GIVES?!" :)

SGA is one of those shows I really have to sit down and mainline hardcore one of these days, on the list with BSG (I still have seasons one and two on my Zen, damn it), Friday Night Lights and Life on Mars. I'm so behind on fandom! *whimpers*
