Also, I should probably call my mom and tell her she can bring around relatives any time she wants next week because the apartment is frighteningly spotless.

The way to break this addiction is to attempt to watch anything else on Discovery. You'll quickly get sick of the endless Deadlies Catch marathons.

But, seriously. I'm not tuning in to watch the man sleep under a tree. I'm there to watch him leap into frozen lakes, sink neck-deep in quicksand and get out, cook sheep in volcanic springs in Iceland, shirtlessly climb coconut trees in the Pacific, and listen to him talk. He is adorkable and charismatic and really, I never get tired of hearing him say "...that's why you have to be so careful!"

Let the man sleep in a warm bed once in a while. I'm sure his wife and kid appreciate it. :>
