Well, since I can't be at Wincon this week ...

... and you have no idea how pissy I've been about that the last few days considering it was the only real vacation I was going to have all year and it would be the first time I'd finally get to go to the West Coast, seriously, BUT tonight I shall go drinking wth Jess and have a good time and completely forget the fact that I signed up for three days of overtime next week including a day in the part of the factory that I haaaaaaate. (Two of those days are probably going to be canceled. I'm surprised they haven't been already, but still.) I haven't gone out barhopping in a while, plus she's getting a new piercing and I've never actually watched someone else get a piercing, and I might as well go out now while I still can because I sure as hell won't be doing so next month.

I also stopped at Wal-Mart with Jess this morning and picked up new makeup and food and some new clothes for the first time in a long time. And none of them even look like cheap Wal-Mart crap. SCORE. And that includes one very nice black winter coat that didn't look like it belonged in Wal-Mart at all.

And now to suffer through the Top Chef reunion episode, because anything hosted by Andy Cohen involves pain and suffering.

I was at Walmart the other day and actually saw COOL SHOES. I was amazed.

Oh, God. The host of the reunion sucked. There was no reason for him to be there. Thankfully, he was the low point in an otherwise fantastic show. They were all really adorable.
