Okay, considering that tomorrow is International Fic Feedback Day or whatever, and I can't work on my original story until November 1, I suppose I shall go see if I can pump out Chapter Four of 'Lightness' tonight.

EDIT: Ooo! Did I mention I found a way to make all of those annoying Ben/J.Lo magazine covers at the supermarket actually a lot of fun?

Now every time I see one, I'm going to try to come up with a "They fight crime!" caption. For example, today I saw one at the store with Ben laughing and J.Lo checking her watch, and my first thought is, "He has a disease where his lungs mix up the effects of oxygen and nitrous oxide. She's curiously entranced by shiny objects. Together, they fight crime!"

Yeah, I'm easily amused. Sue me.

A thought while watching TTT ...

I'll bet that if whoever was in charge of costume wrangling for the LOTR movies was either a straight woman or a gay man, there were some days when they sincerely wished Gollum was a real actor, if only so that they could "accidentally" switch costumes on the other actors.

"What? Oh, no, Viggo, Peter seriously said this is what you'd be wearing in the scene today."

"Uh, yeah, Dom. It's a dream sequence thing Peter's trying out. Drunk penguins and loincloths ... trust me, it'll all make sense in context."
