Am halfway through watching Mamma Mia!

Okay, the only two reasons I'm continuing to watch this is because Amanda Seyfried is adorable (and she's got a lovely voice) and Meryl Streep is obviously having a blast and it's improving the hell out of this thing. Which really isn't awful, per se, but it's so fluffy and lightheaded it's tipping more than often into idiotic. It's harmless, though, just ... sheesh.

Oh, God, Pierce Brosnan's started singing. *wince*

-- My brother only wants to tune into the awards tonight to make sure Heath Ledger wins. Heh.
-- Guiliana DePandi asks stupid questions.
-- The cast of Slumdog Millionaire is adorable.
-- I hate these call-in polls. They always vote unsurprisingly for the movies that are out in huge release.
-- Ugh. The downside of watching E! for this is having to see Kristin.
