I will give half of the proceeds from the sale of the Kindle version of Heroine Addiction to the Hetrick-Martin Institute, which runs Harvey Milk High in NYC.
... yeah, I said half. You know, after taxes.
So if anybody wants to give a signal boost, here's the link to the book.
I do plan to post a copy of my receipt when I make my first donation so nobody thinks I'm full of it. Because, hi, it's the internet, and I know how people can be.

Bwahahahahaha!
Jun. 21st, 2011 09:52 pmSo I was bouncing around Twitter before looking for Ryan Murphy's Twitter (because he donated to the same charity I'm going to, I think), which he apparently does not have, BUT. There's a whooooooole bunch of Glee fans who are shocked -- SHOCKED I TELL YOU -- that Ryan Murphy said that the original members of the glee club would graduate at the end of this season.
KIDS GRADUATE AT THE END OF SENIOR YEAR?! OH, DO TELL.
There are people signing petitions for the show to keep the original glee club members. How does that work, exactly? Does everybody flunk? It's called Glee, for heaven's sake, not Those People Who Were In Glee Club In High School And Greatly Enjoyed It, And Now Are Moving On With Their Lives At Entirely Different Colleges Where They Will Slowly But Surely Drift Apart After They Make New Friends In Their College Glee Clubs.
... er, I may not have a high tolerance for stupid today.
