So my best friend in high school lived a block away from my parents's house, and her dad worked and still works with my mom. Her dad was weird, but her mom was a total sweetheart. I don't talk to them anymore, but I hear about them through my mom.

I just talked to my mom, and her mother has brain cancer. Again. For the third time.

The world is a shitty place when a woman like her is on her third round of fucking brain cancer and there are perfectly healthy assholes still walking the earth.
