Last night's AGT

Above the cut today is Barbara Padilla. She beat cancer and now she's on AGT doing a phenomenal job with an operatic number.

These are the Texas Tenors. Their harmonizing's a little wonky, or at least I thought so, but they've got great energy.

These guys are Acrodunk, and they're exactly what you'd expect given their name. They're AMAZING. (I might have thought it was a little bit adorable when Nick was like, "When's it my turn? I wanna go!")

This is Grandma Lee and she tells jokes. She KILLED me. But I admit I laughed just as hard at the theme music they played while they interviewed her. HEEEE. :)

This is Eleisha Miller. Okay, here's the thing. Eleisha comes on to sing. She's not the best singer in the world. However, she is incredibly adorable, and if her parents are smart they'll hook her up with acting classes instead of singing lessons, because she sparkles with enough attention.

There were also a pair of rapping brothers who did okay and got through, but their personalities irritated me, so ... well, it's my recap, damn it, I say who gets in. Hmph. :)

Yeah, the brothers irritated the shit out of me too. The one rapper who got through first was way better; they were just about the trying to be sexy gimmick. They won't last long in Vegas, I think.

I totally heart Grandma Lee.

The judges hit on exactly what the problem with the rapping brothers is -- they're too busy puffing themselves up with the crowd to bother with actually performing. Seriously, STFU and rap.

Grandma Lee was SO CUTE.
